Martin Laschan, born 1995 in Taipei, graduated from law school at the University of Vienna in 2022, with a degree in Master of Laws (Magister iuris).

During his studies, Martin Laschan also studied abroad for two semesters at the National Taiwan University in Taipei and worked as an intern at Lee and Li Attorneys at Law (Taipei office).

As a student, Martin Laschan worked from 2018 to 2020 at Wolf Theiss Attorneys at law (Vienna office), one of the leading law firms in the CEE/SEE region, as a Legal Trainee in Corporate M&A. Following his graduation, Martin Laschan worked as a judicial law clerk for the district court in Schwechat, district court in Mödling and at the public prosecutor’s office in Vienna.

In 2023 Martin Laschan worked at Wolf Theiss Attorneys at law (Vienna office) as an Associate in Corporate M&A, with a focus on corporate law and M&A transactions. As a native speaker in Chinese (mandarin), Martin Laschan also contributed as an active member of the firm’s China Desk.
