Florian Hirschl, born in Krems an der Donau, graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2024. During his studies, he worked as a Legal Trainee at Viennese business law firms focusing on corporate law, capital markets law, and civil law. From 2023 to 2024, he was employed at CERHA HEMPEL.

After graduating, he completed his court practice in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna at the District and Regional Court of Krems as well as the District Court of Floridsdorf, while continuing to work at CERHA HEMPEL. He then commenced as an Associate in the “Corporate & Commercial” practice group, where he remained until August 2025.
